ABOUT THE POP UP GUEST CHEF SERIES

No menu will be the same and each paired with cocktails, tequila and/or wine. Each dinner will have a maximum of 32 guests. After your ticket purchase, we will submit a form to us about our guests for any food allergy specifics. Outside of that dishes are not customizable and are Chef’s choice.

Our Pop Up Dinners are designed to give our guests an experience they haven’t had before in José. The menu will be crafted with a guest celebrity Chef and Chef Anastacia Quiñones focusing on his or her culinary background to bring you dining entertainment.

Joining us for our first Pop Up dinner is Chef Beatriz Martines formerly with H-Town Restaurant Group where she worked with award winning James Beard Chef Hugo Ortega and Tracy Vaught. Born and raised in Guadalajara she will be bringing us a taste of her roots.

JOSE ON LOVERS

José is a Guadalajaran inspired restaurant in the family-friendly Lovers/Inwood neighborhood, serving contemporary Mexican-inspired cuisine, with a focus on Jalisco style dishes.

José is founded by local entertainment and development firm WoodHouse, which has enlisted famed art collector and Cerámica Suro founder, José Noé Suro, to collaborate on the unique design elements guests will experience.

A concept of more than a decade in the making, José is born from frequent trips to Mexico, a love for tequila and a desire to have an inspired place for friends, neighbors and family to gather and feel at home.
